2. User Eligibility
You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorised personnel to use the Service. By using SnowhillRad, you represent and warrant that you have the authority and necessary qualifications to interpret and act upon medical data and reports.
3. User Responsibilities
a. Review and Verification: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content generated by SnowhillRad before it is used in any clinical or diagnostic capacity. b. Clinical Decision-Making: SnowhillRad is intended as an assistive tool; it does not make medical diagnoses or clinical decisions. All final determinations, diagnoses, and recommendations are your sole responsibility.
4. No Medical Advice
SnowhillRad does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content generated by the Service is for informational and drafting support purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
a. Research Purposes: SnowhillRad may store and use data provided through the Service for internal research and development purposes, including improving the Service and advancing scientific understanding. b. No External Sharing: SnowhillRad will not share your data with any third parties or external entities except as required by law. All data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

a. No Liability for Errors: SnowhillRad, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the generated reports or for any outcomes resulting from their use. b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnowhillRad from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, including any reliance on, or use of, the generated outputs.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SnowhillRad makes no warranty that the Service will be error-free, accurate, or meet your requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, content, and documentation, are owned by Snowhill Science Limited. You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

SnowhillRad reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
