We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and information generated through your use of SnowhillRad, including report activity logs and dictation usage statistics. We do not store the content of radiology reports on our servers beyond what is needed for session processing.
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the SnowhillRad service — including authentication, billing, usage tracking, and customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
SnowhillRad offers sign-in via Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create or authenticate your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services beyond basic profile information required for login.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
SnowhillRad uses the following third-party services which may process data on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Deepgram (speech-to-text dictation), and cloud AI providers for report generation. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
